Established in Bathurst by Principal Solicitor Shane Cunningham in 2005, Cunninghams the Law Practice is a small, personal firm with almost two decades of experience in providing legal services to the Bathurst and Central West region of New South Wales and beyond. We have a reputation for personal service, great outcomes, and extensive legal knowledge, with offices in Bathurst and Blayney.

Shane Cunningham, the firm’s Principal, is passionate about providing honest and reassuring advice, reducing stress, and ensuring that every step of the process is understood by each client. Shane is one of only two Law Society Accredited Criminal Law Specialists in the Central West and surrounds, a testimony to the refined skills he has gained through decades of prosecutorial and defence experience.
